For the amount of food you can get the price is good. The staff were top notch and extremely professional. The seats almost feel like you are sliding forward, are not very comfortable, and the corners are held together by duct tape. Give the way you cook your food a proper napkin would have been appropriate to prevent splash. The selection and quality of the meat was excellent. I'd definitely come back here. If not for the seat and napkin I would give 5 stars.

I’ve been going here for years and for some reason have never reviewed Urban? So here I am! I love this place, always have. The staff is attentive, nice, and speedy. The ambiance is super vibey, if you’re into that. I like that there isn’t a BBQ section because a lot of the time, I solely just want the hot pot. They have a good choice of broths, their menu items are pretty diverse, and there’s a large selection (although I’m still waiting to see scallops)! They have expanded their drink menu to include cocktails, and I love them. They’re super tasty! My favorite thing to do when coming here is watch new customer’s faces when they see their robot waiter, lol. It’s always a comedic response. Whenever I have friends in town, we always go here. It’s become the spot they can’t miss, especially with all of the other hot pot locations around. Urban is always the best!

Great restaurant! No grill just soups that you cook adding the meat and whatever else you select. Price is about 33 dollars a person but unlimited food. All in all great place!
